The M Series High Flow Mechanical Flow Meter by Vivek Enterprise is a positive displacement rotary meter designed for accurate and reliable liquid measurement in transfer and process control applications. The meter uses a three-rotor synchronized design that ensures precise volumetric measurement with no metal-to-metal contact, eliminating internal wear and maintaining long-term accuracy.
It features a built-in air eliminator and a stepless micro-adjustment calibration system for fine accuracy control. The robust aluminium body with Viton seals provides excellent compatibility with a wide range of liquids and operating conditions. Accuracy remains stable regardless of pressure fluctuations, temperature variations, or viscosity changes.
The M Series offers high accuracy of ±0.2% with excellent repeatability (≤0.07%) over a wide flow range. It operates within a temperature range of -30°C to +71°C and supports a maximum pressure of 10 bar. The meter is ATEX II 2G certified (Ex h IIB T5 Gb), making it suitable for hazardous environments.
Standard measurement units include Litres, US Gallons, and Imperial Gallons (as specified at order time). An integrated 80/170 micron strainer protects the system from contaminants. Optional accessories such as pulser, mechanical predeterminer, cut-off valve, and printer are available. The M Series is offered in M-40, M-50, M-80, M-100, and M-150 models, covering a wide range of high-flow industrial applications.
