ADBLUE TRANSFER KIT – PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The AdBlue Transfer Kit is a reliable and efficient solution designed for safe and accurate transfer of AdBlue / DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid), Aqueous Urea, and water. The system is suitable for industrial, automotive, and commercial applications where precise fluid handling is required.

The kit delivers a flow rate of 28–30 liters per minute through a 1-inch inlet/outlet, ensuring smooth and consistent dispensing. It is equipped with a high-accuracy metering system (±0.8%), enabling reliable measurement during fluid transfer operations.

The transfer system includes a 230 VAC Gespasa BD-30 pump, offering 30 LPM free flow capacity, known for durability and consistent performance. The pump is paired with a Gespasa MGE-40 Blue flow meter, capable of measuring flow between 4 to 40 LPM, ensuring precise monitoring of dispensed fluid.

For filtration, the unit is fitted with an SS 304 strainer, protecting the pump and meter from contaminants and enhancing system longevity. All pipeline fittings are manufactured from SS 304 stainless steel, making the system corrosion-resistant and fully compatible with AdBlue and urea-based fluids.

The kit comes with a 1” × 4-meter hose pipe for flexible operation and a manual dispensing nozzle (Gespasa PT-60) made of polyamide material with NBR joints, suitable for a maximum pressure of 2 bar and a flow capacity up to 60 LPM.

Electrical safety is ensured with a 2.5 sq.mm cable fitted with an approved plug. The entire assembly is housed in a MS CRCA powder-coated enclosure, providing mechanical protection and long-lasting finish.

The product is supplied as a complete ready-to-use kit and is backed by a 1-year warranty. Only conveyance charges will be applicable under warranty conditions.
